From May 13 to 14, 2025, the "CMF Design Empowerment Training WORKSHOP" co-created by Lianyi CMF Innovation & Research Institute and KUKA Home Furnishing was successfully held in Hangzhou!

WORKSHOP takes the theme of " CMF Design Empowerment " and mainly solves the pain points of the innovative application of CMF by KUKA Customization and software under space integration. Nearly 100 product designers, model house designers, design supervisors, leaders, etc. from KUKA Home Group's customized home furnishing department, cross-border e-commerce department, foreign trade department, bedroom business headquarters, living and restaurant business headquarters, integrated and innovative product business department, etc. participated in the meeting.

WORKSHOP provides a comprehensive and in-depth interpretation from five aspects: " CMF design system, CMF trends, CMF style matrix management, CMF system construction, and color marketing ".

Lianyi CMF experts interpreted common CMF pain points, space matching and style management cases on the spot, and explained the transformation and application of industry CMF trends, combined with KUKA's product characteristics, and provided CMF matrix management methods, leading designers to further open up new ideas for product design , increase product, service and brand value through CMF strategy planning , achieve market profits and increase brand loyalty .

Lianyi led everyone to take home space as an example, combine people, etc. to carry out the theme of integrated home space and interpret it in groups.

The pain points of home furnishing enterprises such as "controlling trends and quickly updating, and more accurately targeting people with product development, differentiated layout, streamlining redundant SKUs, product gradient management, strengthening brand image, and color difference management" are closely related to CMF. Lianyi's CMF system platform is built, CMF data management and home furnishing CMF style research are important tools.

Against the backdrop of homogeneity and inclination, CMF protects the R&D of home furnishings from multiple dimensions such as trend, style, color, materials, craftsmanship, and texture innovation.
